Vegetable Oils: Recommended Types Of Cooking Oil

No Oil in a Bottle or Can. [1] [2]
Cook with the following below:
Grass Fed Butter (a dairy product) [2]
Ghee (clarified butter)
Lard / Animal Fat [2]
Trans-fats in hydrogenated vegetable oils and margarine are dangerous, as they interfere with the normal metabolism of Omega-3 and promote inflammation.
Avoid all hydrogenated oil.
According to Dr. Peter J Glidden, BS, ND, one of the leading doctors who focuses on the causes and reversal of chronic illnesses, is to Avoid all Oil in a Bottle or Can, which includes Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Corn Oil, Avocado Oil, Grapeseed oil, Coconut Oil, etc. Why? Oil oxidizes with air in a bottle and within minutes after being heated. The avoidance of cooking with animal fat with the substitution of vegetable fats plays a major part in causing heart disease.
