Are Low Fat Products The Better Health Choice?
By Satesh Narain July 8, 2019
It is only logical that consuming everting in moderation is the key to health. LIMIT OR AVOID THE USE OF LOW FAT DAIRY PRODUCTS, 2% milk, skim milk and LOW FAT YOGURT. Only use only full natural milk and butter.
According to Dr. Dwight Lundell, Cardio Vascular Surgeon, who performed 5,000 bypasses, author of The Great Cholesterol Lie, there are no facts to support the perception with the cholesterol theory of heart disease, it is completely incorrect that saturated fats cause coronary disease. Nutritional diet did not show a benefit of low fat, low cholesterol diet. The Framingham Study (an ongoing study since 1948 in the city of Framingham, Massachusetts, USA) showed that that there was no correlation between the fat we consume and blood cholesterol. The avoidance of cooking with animal fat with the substitution of vegetable fats plays a huge part in causing heart disease. Why is this, when it seems to be contrary to what Public Health Department, Health Magazines and many Health Advocates are promoting? It is because, Vegetable Oil (Seed Oil) is Omega-6 and it encourages the pro-inflammatory metabolism of excess Omega-6. [1]
Omega-3 fatty acids are converted to prostaglandin one (PG1) which is anti-inflammatory (reduces inflammation).
Omega-6 fatty acids are converted into prostaglandin two (PG2), which is pro-inflammatory (promotes inflammation).
There is a link to inflammation with heart disease and among every other disease and condition as physical pain, etc. Fat does not does not result in being physically ‘fat’. On the contrary, low-fat high carbohydrate diets leads to obesity and diabetes. Amylopectin A products (hybridized wheat (GMO); bread, biscuits, cereals, pastries, pasta, roti, etc.), sugar and excess Omega-6 from all the ugly promoted “health claim hypothesis" and "health benefits" associated with cooking with vegetable oil (low fat) are the sources of inflammation.
The Brain
The brain is the fattest organ in the body [2], about 60 percent fat [3] and it needs cholesterol to be healthy [4] [5]. Seventy five percentage (75 %) of the central nervous system is made from cholesterol [6] and every cell in the body needs cholesterol to be healthy, as 50 % of the cell wall is made up of cholesterol. Do your own research to see if low fat is a factor in Alzheimer and Parkinson, and depression dis-eases. You can start by reading The Great Cholesterol Lie by Dr. Dwight Lundell, Cardio Vascular Surgeon and the book, Everybody Is Sick, And I Know Why / The MD Emperor Has No Clothes by Dr. Peter Glidden, ND [7].
The Japanese Study [8]
Yogurt
Plain yogurt is the better choice over others with fruits as the total sugar content of plain yogurt is less than the ones with fruits. Add the Carbohydrates and sugar contents of the others with fruits and compare the total sugar – glucose amount with plain yogurt.
