1. Wheat: Not Even Gluten Free 100% Organic Whole Grains
2. Barley
3. Rye
4. Oats
Wheat, Barley, Rye and Oats contain a protein called gluten which is very difficult to digest. As the gluten passed from the stomach to the small intestines it damages to the small intestines (Villi destruction), resulting in poor absorption of nutrients leading to chronic diseases. The more whole grains that are consumed, the more likely one is to suffer from inflammation / chronic disease.
5. Oil in a bottle: All oil in a bottle, which includes Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Corn Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, etc. Oil oxidizes with the air in the bottle and within minutes of heating. When an oxidized substance in introduced into the body, damage is done to the cells, similar to how steel rusts with oxidation. In addition, to the list, no mayonnaise on salad dressing, use salt and lemon juice instead.
6. Fried Food: When food is fried, a chemical, Acrylamide, is formed which is carcinogenic. In addition, Dr. Joel Wallach indicated that even inhaling the fumes from fried foods have the same effect, like second hand smoke with tobacco.

10. Carbonated beverage with a meal: This includes Champagne, Beer and Carbonated Water, it neutralizes stomach acid and impedes digestion.
